Suppose CZ post something about Any coin name XYZ , so why you are going to buy that token ?

In your Trading Journey there are lots of indicator such as RSI indicator , FEAR and Greed index....

Many people Have so much wrong believe on indicator the biggest myth which I most seen was related RSI indicator and Fear and greed and today I will going to show for what's purpose actually These indicator have?

1) RSI indicator :
The biggest myth related this indicator is Open long and buy whenever it goes below 30 RSI means when ever price came in area of oversold buy and sell when it goes above Overbought means above RSI 70.
Below is example that's it's use case isn't like this :

On 6 June 2022 Price enters in Oversold region at Price of 30,000$ and then reaches to extreme oversold around Price of 24000$ but still we seen dips and Price make bottom at 15200$
Around 51% Price still fall after entering in Oversold region.

Real use case :
Actually it is use to detect Momentum of price how much strength the price have, RSI goes down if there are no Buying orders in market and Price goes above if selling order cam
it's use to give an idea that when price is falling but RSI going above means Reversal is soon this is called RSI divergence
Fear and greed index :
It's use case is also like RSI but slightly different it's measure through people responses on Social Media for checking real sentiments :

Below is example of clearing myth related to this indicator that buy whenever People are in FEAR

See on 8th FEB 2025 when price of $BTC was at 100k indicator start showing and till 15th Feb it remains in extreme fear while market still drop 27%

So when to buy or sell?

Truly I never believe on holding forever I believe booking profits, buying dips selling tops etc so for that I measure Sentiment

Obviously for long term we have to check Fundamental? , what type of environment currently going? CPI, PPI interest rate , narratives,
And for Scalps trades I use chart reading through indicator and trading concepts
