Terms & Conditions write up should be revamped: to enhance understanding and cooperation.
Recently I got flagged on my #BinanceWallet campaigns section for violating their terms and conditions. As a result, I was (and still) unable to participate fully in the rewards activity. However, I reached out to her Team who promptly responded by explaining to me certain actions that could trigger restrictions on the platform. Having accepted one of the clear reasons which I did in ignorance, I was truly satisfied knowing what I was penalised for, and setting my mind to do better next time. Reason for my topic? 1. If I had known this reason earlier, I probably won't be defaulting on it. 2. If the reason was concisely expressed on the Ts and CS section, I probably would be interested to read it in short or no time. 3. Not everyone has the strength to read through a terms and conditions sheet. 4. I think it's better to bring out the essentials to a terms and conditions sheet, present it to the user. Conclusion: I appreciate the #binanceteam , who are committed to keep the ecosystem clean, but sometimes users don't intend to default- maybe Ts and Cs are too voluminous to read through. Hence, suggest that, in addition to the full page of T's & Cs, let a concise summary of the vital information be given to users so they don't default by ignorance. Thank you.
