I used to work for a company that had something similar to this 360-degree verification.
It was a long questionnaire, with scores based on communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, etc.
You'd definitely give yourself full marks, but secretly give zero marks to people you dislike 😂
Of course, Binance manages over 8,000 employees, so this feedback mechanism might be necessary.
