My analysis: Bullish (Counter-trend speculation). The RSI indicator is screaming oversold at a level of 27. The price has collapsed too far from the EMA7 indicator, creating a "rubber band effect". I'm looking for a corrective bounce (Dead Cat Bounce) here.
My trading plan:
* Direction: Buy (Long Scalp)
* Entry: 43.15 - 43.50 (current oversold area)
* Targets: 45.20, 46.50
* Stop loss: 41.90
Reason: Markets do not move in a straight line forever. The net buying volume in the last 30 minutes is positive (+1.22 million), proving that the trapped whales are defending this level to create an exit pump.
