On June 28, I made a brief compilation regarding the MASAK regulations published in the Official Gazette.

🔸As of July 4, 2025, a waiting period of 72 hours has been implemented to withdraw cryptocurrency assets in our accounts.

🔸For new investments made after this date, a waiting period of 72 hours will also apply to all balances resulting from buy-sell transactions.

🔸When the first withdrawal transaction is made, the waiting period for all subsequent withdrawal transactions will be reduced from 72 hours to 48 hours.

🔸Withdrawal and deposit transactions in Turkish Lira (TRY), which are a source of question marks for everyone, are not subject to this rule. This means that if you deposit TRY from your personal bank account to your BinanceTR account, you can withdraw it back to your bank as TRY at any time without a waiting period.

🔸Another point is that if you sent a cryptocurrency asset to your BinanceTR account, then swapped it for TRY and wanted to withdraw this TRY balance to your bank, as mentioned in the previous point, you can withdraw it to your bank account without waiting.

🔸However, if you bought cryptocurrency with the TRY you deposited and you are going to make a withdrawal for the first time, in this case, a waiting period of 72 hours will continue, and after the first transaction, there will be a waiting period of 48 hours.

Now let’s get to the main topic.

There will be no waiting period when withdrawing from Binance Global to TR! However, there is an important detail for this.
🔸If your BinanceTR and Binance Global accounts are matched with the same Turkish Identification Number, this situation is valid as it complies with the Travel Rule. So if both accounts are matched with the same ID number, transfer transactions can be completed instantly.

🔸As a cryptocurrency asset quantity restriction, we can withdraw stable cryptocurrency worth $3000 per day. However, if the TRANSFER service is used, this amount can be increased to a withdrawal capability of $6000 per day. In other words, the maximum amount we can withdraw is limited to stable cryptocurrency worth $6000.
