🚨 Market update- 🚨
The overnight drop we saw on Bitcoin was no surprise to me.
What comes next?- looking at the Daily chart and 3 Day BTC Chart, yesterday was the lowest daily close since April 2025, but it wasn't the cleanest close below the range, so today we are looking for a reclaim of $84.8k area.
But more worrying is the 3 Day chart- unless today closes above $86k then the 3 day support will be broken, and this could lead to a test of $80k - $78k.

Bitcoin has gained acceptance above $88.8k (Monday High) and continues to look strong. We must keep in mind now that BTC is at resistance. $90k has been 4hr resistance since the end of last week, and if this rejects we can see another retest in the $88k - $87k area. If we see a strong 4hr close above $90k, then we could see Bitcoin rally towards $93k.

After Bitcoin put in a retest of $87k yesterday, the price pushed up towards $89k but there is clear 4hr resistance in this area. We can consider this a 4hr S/R flip level as this price was the 4hr support towards the end of last week.
If BTC can reclaim $89k, then I will be looking to see a push for $91k. But if a a lower high is put in here, then we have to be prepared to a lower low next- potentially in the $85k - $84k area.
The Monday Range this week is $86.4k - $88.8k.

Yesterday, for the first time this year, Bitcoin saw it's first 4hr acceptance below $87.5k (Yearly Open). This has since been reclaimed, and we are looking to see if we get consolidation above this level. The weekends bearish price action has created a BTC CME gap above, in the $89k area, so I will be monitoring what happens on any retest here.
Last night the weekly candle closed at it's lowest since April, just below $86.8k, so if we see any rejection from this area this week then this could be the start of a move towards $80k - $75k.
