MiCA Deadline: July 1, 2026. Without a complete license, services in France and Europe could be impacted (service blockage or limited withdrawals).
#Binance has already submitted an application in Greece (Binary Greece) early 2026 in partnership with HCMC, EY, and KPMG.
As of today, Greece has not yet issued a MiCA license (according to ESMA, February 2026). If this is delayed or if the application is refused, Binance could see its services limited in France.

#Binance has already submitted an application in Greece (Binary Greece) early 2026 in partnership with HCMC, EY, and KPMG.
As of today, Greece has not yet issued a MiCA license (according to ESMA, February 2026). If this is delayed or if the application is refused, Binance could see its services limited in France.
Binance has every interest in obtaining this license at the last minute (given its weight in the European market).
