I’m looking at $BTC ’s daily RSI, and honestly, this is the most oversold we’ve seen since 2023. That alone doesn’t mean an instant bottom — markets rarely work that cleanly — but it does tell me we’re entering a zone where smart money starts paying attention, not panic selling.
Here’s how I’m reading it right now.
RSI being this stretched increases the probability of a reaction, but momentum is still pointing down. MACD remains deep in the red, price is below key moving averages, and structure hasn’t flipped yet. So for now, I’m treating this as oversold, not reversed.
The first area I’m watching closely is $68K, which lines up as a meaningful demand zone. If buyers are serious, this is where we should start seeing absorption and multiple tests — not a single clean bounce.
From experience, real bottoms usually form through time and repetition, not one perfect candle. Oversold conditions raise the odds, but confirmation comes from how price behaves after the initial reaction.
I’m not calling the bottom yet — I’m watching how the market responds when it matters.
