COINBASE MAY PULL SUPPORT FROM CLARITY ACT OVER #stablecoin REWARDS

According to Bloomberg, Coinbase could withdraw its support if the bill restricts stablecoin rewards beyond basic disclosure requirements.

Stablecoin rewards are a major revenue driver for Coinbase, which also holds a stake in Circle, the issuer of $USDC .

The bill is scheduled for Senate markup this week. The Senate Banking Committee has targeted January 15, 2026, for a committee vote on the landmark crypto market structure bill (H.R. 3633), which aims to:

- Clarify SEC vs. CFTC oversight
- Establish clear rules for crypto firms
- Set standards for DeFi and stablecoins

Exchange data shows $BTC and $ETH supply on exchanges is at multi year lows, signaling strong accumulation by whales and institutions as traditional finance expands crypto access, including ETF support from players like Bank of America. With shrinking supply and rising liquidity, volatility is loading but bull markets reward discipline, not emotions.

官方的研报中提到：当前BTC的筹码结构中，在9.3w美元至12w美元区间内堆积了大量的顶部套牢盘，由此产生的供应分布反映出市场结构“头重脚轻”，这与2022年初的情况类似。

但实际上在本轮周期，只要是BTC在某个位置停留时间较长，都会产生大量的筹码堆积，即使在突破历史前高后，这种强烈的购买意愿也不曾减弱。

就像：
- 23年7-10月，在2.6w-3w之间堆积，此后随着贝莱德申请ETF事件炒作一举突破堆积区；
- 24年6-10月，在5.9w-6.9w之间堆积，此后随着总统大选川普获胜后一举突破......
- 24年12月-25年5月，在9.2w-10.5w之间堆积，此后随着关税危机解除后一举突破......

因此，我个人觉得不能仅仅因为有筹码堆积，且和2022年1月（牛转熊初）相似就一定认为接下来BTC在反弹受到上方抛压制约后，会进一步复制2022年之后的走势。

如果未来宏观周期进入宽松阶段，释放流动性，风险偏好上升，市场信心修复，也不排除可以再次一举突破上方筹码堆积区的可能呀。

毕竟2022年初的通胀失控（CPI > 7%），Fed明确转向加息+缩表，实际利率快速上行，再加上BTC筹码结果严重承压，多重因素叠加，才是2022熊市的“总闸门”。
