River closed a $12M strategic round, with participation from TRON DAO, Justin Sun, Maelstrom (founded by Arthur Hayes), Spartan Group alongside Nasdaq-listed companies and institutions from the US and Europe.

The investment supports River’s expansion across EVM and non-EVM ecosystems, including TRON, Sui, and major EVM networks, and the continued build-out of on-chain liquidity infrastructure.

Proceeds will be used to accelerate ecosystem deployments, deepen stablecoin liquidity, and advance satUSD integrations across trading, lending, staking, and yield use cases.

River will launch yield products for both users and institutions, including Smart Vault and Prime Vault, providing a unified interface for accessing yield across ecosystems through protocol-native and institution-grade strategies. $RIVER
