just watched a video on time management
here's what i learned:
1/ measure your time
record every hour of what you have done
2/ use urgent important matrix
if something is urgent and important both then keep that on priority
if anything doesn't comes under both category then you can skip that for later
ex- doomscroll.. not urgent not important
3/ time blocking
work 25min then 5 min break
after 4 cycle take a long 30 min break
4/ don't write 2 minutes works.. complete immediately
5/ morning routine is important
do things in morning that center you ( exercise, playing outside, yoga etc)
6/ spend time with yourself
7/ make things repetable
8/ setup a distraction time
