$RIVER is about to do what it always does
Everyone has been waiting for that bounce.
And that’s exactly why the market didn’t give it.
From the chart, the story is simple but uncomfortable:
Continuous lower highs + lower lows
Every small push up was sold into
Trend stayed heavy while hope stayed high
Most traders did the same thing: First, they kept longing the “sure bounce.”
Then they averaged.
Then they got exhausted, stopped watching, or flipped short late.
That’s how traps are built.
Now look at where we are.
Price has already flushed weak longs. Momentum is stretched. Selling pressure is slowing, not reversing, but slowing. Above current price, there’s clean liquidity sitting around 43–46 where late shorts placed stops and abandoned longs left unfinished business.
This doesn’t mean a trend change.
It means the market is likely to relieve pressure, clear liquidity, and then decide.
River has been doing one thing repeatedly: Trap → squeeze → continue with the dominant flow.
If a bounce comes, it’s not mercy.
It’s mechanics.
Trade what you see, not what you want to recover.
And never assume a bounce just because price feels “cheap.”
