A spending proposal covering the first phase of upgrading the Terra Classic blockchain to Cosmos SDK v0.53 with IBC v2 (Eureka) support has been submitted. $LUNC validators are voting YES on the spending proposal.
The connection between the Terra Classic chain and COSMOS will be re-established. The first phase work is complete. 1 billion $LUNC will be paid from the community pool for this work.
After the completion of the first phase payment, the second phase will begin quickly. Work related to SDK 53 will be completed shortly.
