$ETH Very Weird kind of price action.... where price is not moving above the buy price for the whole day

Isn't us strange and time it is spending below the buy price ...keeping the buy price as resistance

Even when BTC is pumping .. ETH not moving above buy price .

Same thing Avax, Link , XRP, TRB,Doge , BTC

What's going on here ??
