1. Proof of mobile-native ZK
As for whether there is a plan from Dusk to apply zero-knowledge proof generation on the mobile platform, there are no indications as yet that this is going to happen anytime soon. The zero-knowledge technology is incorporated into the underlying layers and tools (including the virtual machine as well as the zero-knowledge plumbing) for the secure and private execution of transactions as well as contracts on the network, but not much work is done on mobile proof generation.
2. Interoperability amongst other L1s using IBC
The dusk network itself does not natively support Cosmos-based IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication). It rather relies on bridges for, or course, interoperability with other ecosystems that have the classic EVM model. Dusk for instance has implemented a two-way bridge between the dusk network and Ethereum supporting privacy using ZK proofs.
There is also some work for integrating DuskEVM with more general cross-chain networks such as Chainlink’s CCIP, although this does not extend to IBC at a protocol level.
3. Definition of “Dusk Pay” and its impact on Retail
Dusk Pay is basically the project’s on-chain and compliant payment infrastructure, developed to make the process of blockchain-based payments accessible to the average.#dusk $DUSK @Cellula Re-poster
