MicroStrategy's Chairman of the Board, Michael Saylor, created mystery yesterday with his "₿ig Strategy Day" post, and the reason later became clear. The company, known for its Bitcoin investments, announced last evening that it would undergo a name change. Accordingly, instead of MicroStrategy, the company will now be called simply "Strategy." A Bitcoin symbol will be placed next to the company's logo, and its brand colors will be changed to Bitcoin's signature orange. MicroStrategy currently holds more than 470,000 Bitcoins on its balance sheet.
