震吐了！BTC陷“生死线”、ETH顶背离难救场？链上Meme轮动疯涨，AVAX成避风港？这波降息牛还能来吗？
这几天的盘面，看得我有点“上头”。
一边是大盘结构频频预警，一边是主流币反复震荡，短线反弹看似强劲，实则底气不足，整个市场的节奏感开始变得微妙起来。
大盘结构：比特币日线破位，周线顶背离
先说#比特币。
从结构上讲，$BTC 目前已经跌破了自74000高点回落以来的日线趋势线，这本身就是一个风险信号。而更大的问题，是周线MACD顶背离信号已经明确，这种情况在上轮牛市顶部也出现过。
也就是说，市场结构开始从“主升”向“高位震荡甚至派发”切换，尤其是现在没有ETF增量资金加持，涨起来很吃力。
再来看4小时图，前几天我们追踪的牛旗结构已经破位，冲击11436失败后，走出了明显的下行通道。
昨天大饼在1136附近出现了一个小级别头肩底反弹结构，我轻仓跟了个多，分两档止，但反弹动能太弱，第二档冲不上去。
以太坊表现：信仰战胜结构，但压力犹存
$ETH 这边也差不多——尽管突破了小时级别的牛旗，但4小时被上升楔形压制住了，走势偏弱。
从大周期来看，上月月线收了一根强势放量大阳线，多头还在控盘，结构比BTC更健康。
但问题是，市场对ETH预期太高，一旦涨不上去，很容易转情绪杀估值，导致短线主升断层。
所以我对以太的策略是：不主动加，但也不轻易空，继续等明确方向。
资金面趋冷：ETF连续四日净流出
说到底，这轮的核心变量还是“有没有钱买”。
BTC ETF这几天连续4日净流出，昨晚单日流出超2亿美金，堪称这波阴跌的元凶。反观ETH的ETF还保持温和流入，也解释了为什么ETH走势没BTC那么崩。
如果这个资金趋势不扭转，反弹高度注定有限。
山寨币：越跌越冷，流动性正被股市吸走
#山寨币 的状况，可以说是“跌出了安静”。
盘面上看，绝大多数山寨币都没流动性了，成交额几乎被做市机器人刷单撑着。尤其是那些高FDV的新项目，散户根本没信心接盘。
现在的资金更倾向于去炒“币股”和AI叙事——美股市场的钱比币圈热太多，而我们这边除了MEME，也很难有能持续吸金的新故事。
宏观方面，市场再次担忧“经济滞涨+降息推迟”的组合。
热点观察：ETH系新币冒头，AVAX震荡盘活
ETH链上的几个新项目近期表现还不错，例如：
#bmnr：目前链上持币最多，叙事清晰；#sbet、#DYNX：流动性逐步上升，有新庄资金在进；#VIRTUAL ：日内涨幅可观，平台流量开始转向。
另一个值得留意的是 $AVAX ，目前在15.5～27的大区间内震荡，适合中短线波段。
