✅ Largo en $PAXG ejecutado y TP alcanzado rápidamente

No me dio tiempo de postear el análisis antes, así que aquí va un resumen express del trade.

🔍 ¿Qué vi?
Luego de ver diferentes fractalidades temporales
— En 15M, detecté un doble techo, pero por la fuerza de la tendencia alcista, decidí operar el doble doble techo como patrón de continuación si el precio lo rompia lo consideraria un break out con squezze a bajistan que tienen su SL detras del doble techo

- Marqué una extensión de Fibonacci
— Al romper el doble techo y generar un BOS en 15M, ese fue mi trigger de entrada

🎯 Entrada agresiva, con objetivo en el nivel 1.6 de la extensión de Fibo ➤ TP alcanzado

✅ Acabo de abrir un corto en $HYPE

Aqui un resumen del set up

🔍 ¿Qué observé?

En 4H, el precio viene subiendo con mucha fuerza desde la zona de los $20 hasta alcanzar una resistencia relevante en los $35. Aunque el movimiento fue respaldado por volumen, al llegar a esa zona el precio comienza a desacelerar, dejando varias velas con mechas superiores y un RSI extremadamente sobrecomprado (por encima de 90) ➤ señal de agotamiento.

📉 En 15M:

— El precio forma un triple techo en la zona de los $35
— Desde ahí cae con fuerza hasta los $32, dejando mínimos más bajos (LL)
— Trazo Fibonacci desde ese movimiento bajista, y al retroceder, el precio toca la zona del Golden Pocket

🟢 Ese fue mi trigger de entrada, ya que interpreto que el precio está listo para corregir después del impulso vertical que acabo de ver.
🎯 SL: justo detrás del máximo que dejó en el Golden Pocket, en $34
📉 TP: en el mínimo reciente, zona de $32.36, que podría actuar como soporte momentáneo

Federal appeals court upholds judgment for Ripple in $XRP class action

A class action lawsuit challenging Ripple Labs’ sale of $XRP tokens as unregistered securities will not proceed after the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals this week upheld a lower court’s dismissal of the case. The court’s decision was first reported by Law360.

Filed in 2018, the lawsuit claims that Ripple Labs unlawfully sold $XRP tokens as unregistered securities. Lead plaintiff Bradley Sostack argued that Ripple’s sales activity, including a large distribution of tokens in 2017, breached the Securities Act of 1933.

The case was dismissed in June 2024 when Judge Phyllis Hamilton found the claims untimely under federal law. The court said that $XRP was first offered to the public in 2013, triggering a three-year deadline that expired well before Sostack filed his suit.

The court also found that the 2017 $XRP release did not constitute a separate offering, so it did not extend the time limit for filing.

Sostack filed the notice of appeal in January 2025, seeking to overturn the district court’s summary judgment dismissal of class claims.

On appeal, the Ninth Circuit affirmed the lower court’s dismissal, agreeing that no material facts existed to challenge the statute of repose. The court rejected arguments that the later $XRP distribution created a new offering or that the “economic reality” of $XRP should change the timeline.

As a result, Sostack’s federal securities claims are time-barred, and Ripple’s early legal win is fully affirmed

— Esa confluencia me hace pensar en una posible reversión, especialmente al sumar un RSI en sobrecompra
— La estructura indica que el impulso podría estar perdiendo fuerza

📉 En 15M:

— El precio rechaza claramente la zona de los $400, que además actúa como resistencia psicológica ("ceros") de jando una zona de consolidacion que espero actue como resistencia pra el SL
— Se forma un Break of Structure (BOS) bajista y un Lower Low (LL) interno ➤ ese fue mi trigger de entrada

🎯 TP1: antes del POC semanal, en $366
🛡️ SL: ya movido a Break Even (BE) tras confirmación del movimiento al dejar un nuevo LL
