Recently, a very popular token on the BSC chain has been attracting attention — the one with a dog wearing glasses. Many people are hyping it up with a “SHIB-like myth,” claiming it could rise 260,000×. A lot of investors are rushing in, but let’s calmly analyze its tokenomics.
The total supply of this token is 4.2 trillion. For comparison, $SHIB ’s total supply is 1 quadrillion. On the Ethereum chain, the highest theoretical market cap is around $100 billion. SHIB’s supply is about 10× that, meaning roughly 1 trillion units in circulation.
If we compare supplies, this token has about 420× more supply than $BTC SHIB. So if SHIB’s mythical rise was 260,000×, then for this token, a rise of around 620× would already be equivalent.
Right now, its market cap is about $3 million. A 620× increase would put it near $1.8 billion. On BSC, we usually assume a maximum market cap of around $10 billion, so realistically this token might peak around $3 billion at best. That’s only slightly better than SHIB in relative terms.
Now let’s look at holder distribution. Among the top 10 holders (excluding liquidity pools and burn addresses), the minimum concentration is still around 30%. The top 100 holders also hold a very large portion, averaging about one “Pepe” each 🤣🤣. With this structure, dreaming of a 10×, 1000×, or 10,000× rise is unrealistic at the moment.
From the bottom, the price moved from 13 zeros to 11 zeros, which is already a 100× increase. So don’t expect to get rich overnight. For real long-term potential, you need to wait until:
the top holders reduce their concentration
a meaningful amount of tokens is burned
the community proves it can survive and grow
At this stage, investing $100 might at best aim for something like a 620× upside, equivalent to SHIB’s legendary 260,000× — and even that is uncertain.
My advice for coins like this:
First, see if they can survive for at least one year. Then check whether the chips are truly decentralized and whether the community is strong and active. Otherwise, it’s wiser to take profits early and move on.
