$RIVER pushed up earlier but got hard rejected near the 14.8–15 area. Since that rejection, price is making lower highs and struggling to hold bounces. The current move looks like weak consolidation after a dump, not a strong recovery. Sellers are still controlling the structure and any bounce into resistance looks sellable.
