Binance restricts trading for Poles starting May 16

๐Ÿ›‘ Restrictions on stablecoins (USDT and USDC)

If you use Binance and are from Poland, important changes are coming! Starting May 16, 2025, you will no longer be able to use several features โ€“ and it's worth knowing what this means:

What is going away?

โŒ Futures โ€“ end of trading in futures contracts (you won't be able to open new positions, and old ones will be canceled)

โŒ Margin โ€“ you will no longer be able to buy crypto on leverage (end of โ€œleverageโ€)

โŒ Loans in stablecoins โ€“ you won't be able to borrow, e.g., USDT against crypto collateral

โŒ Dual Investment (stablecoins) โ€“ you won't participate in these savings-investment products

What does this mean for you?

โžก๏ธ If you only use regular spot trading (i.e., โ€œbuy and holdโ€) โ€“ nothing changes.

โžก๏ธ If you trade actively (futures, margin) โ€“ you have until May 16 to close your positions.

โžก๏ธ You might want to check your account now to see if anything applies to you.

The changes are due to regulations and Binance's adjustment to Polish law. This does not mean that the platform is disappearing โ€“ but access to more advanced tools will be limited.
