The vote cleared. The state finalized. The outcome is there. The reasoning isn’t. Deliberation doesn’t leave fingerprints on Dusk by default. Governance gets the "yes," not the explanation. Someone in the room feels the same kind of risk. But pointing at it would mean citing a thing that doesn’t exist. No quote. No thread. Just a memory that won’t survive review. People tighten how they speak. They stop raising parts they can’t back with artifacts. They avoid reopening anything unless there’s a clean hook. Nothing malfunctioned in Dusk Network. The cost is what never makes it into shared memory. Next vote, the file still looks complete. The missing part just gets treated as normal.
