Users can interact smoothly without paying high gas fees for every small action.
Plasma also supports a secure withdrawal system. If anything suspicious happens on a child chain, users can exit back to the main chain, which acts as the final layer of trust. This design creates a balance between speed and safety.
Although newer scaling technologies like rollups are now more popular, Plasma remains an important milestone in blockchain development. It helped shape the future of Layer-2 innovation and proved that blockchains can grow without losing their decentralized nature.
