The $XPL /USDT chart is currently a warzone and the casualties are the retail traders who don't understand how "Liquidity Sweeps" work.
是
Today we saw a violent 8% drop that pierced the $0.13 support level like it was nothing. To the average observer this looks like a project dying. To a professional trader this looks like the "Spring" phase of a Wyckoff Accumulation pattern.
The volume spike during the drop to $0.122 was massive but the recovery back to $0.126 happened in less than 30 minutes. That is what we call "Aggressive Absorption." The market makers didn't just push the price down to be mean they pushed it down to trigger your stop losses and buy your tokens at a discount.

The Divergence Play
If you open your charts and look at the MACD and the RSI together you will see the secret. While the price action looks "Bearish" the momentum oscillators are "Bullish." This split between price and momentum almost always results in a violent move to the upside.
We are currently trading below the 200-day EMA which is scaring the "Trend Followers" away. Good. Let them stay away while we build the base. The real money is made in the "Ugly" zones of the chart not when the 50-day and 200-day cross and everyone else is already in.
The Macro Utility Trap
@Plasma Plasma's TVL just stabilized at $1.1 Billion despite the price drop. This means the people actually using the chain for gasless USDT transfers aren't leaving. The "Speculators" are the ones fleeing. When the speculation matches the utility again the gap is going to close with a 50% candle that will leave everyone behind.
The July unlock is the "Boogeyman" that is keeping the weak hands out. But look at the history of every major L1, the price usually pumps into the unlock as the whales create liquidity for the distribution.
If you aren't positioned now you won't have time to react when the reversal starts.

Is this the bottom or is there one more flush coming? Drop your chart analysis below I want to see real data not vibes. 👇
#Plasma Would you like me to create a "Cheat Sheet" for the $0.115 support levels in the next post?
