Honestly, I’m feeling really low right now. In the past 30 days, I’ve lost ₹2,119.21 — that’s over 91% of my assets gone. Despite doing 459 trades, my trade PNL is still in the negative at ₹171.18. I’ve been trying hard, learning, experimenting, but nothing seems to be working. This drop hit me badly. I’m sharing this not just to vent, but to genuinely ask — if anyone has been through something like this, or has any advice on managing losses, improving strategy, or just staying mentally strong, please help.
