#Urgent 🚨
Insiders at companies are unloading shares:
~1,000 executives at publicly traded companies in the United States sold their shares in January, compared to just 207 buyers.
This pushes the ratio of insider sellers to buyers to 4.8, the highest since February 2021 and the second highest ratio since 2020.
This ratio has more than doubled since November 2025.
Insiders are feeling increasing concern about rising geopolitical tensions, valuations, and capital expenditures related to artificial intelligence that may be unsustainable.
Company insiders are securing historical gains.
