$OP why is Ryan Nguyễn HC still strong $OP and notes 100% $OP ?

1- if he really holds $op then why would he be foolish enough to record 100% $op and praise it to the skies to weigh down the boat

2- what does he gain by sill $op regardless

3- why when the project has dumped $op divided by 10 in the past year does he not mention it anymore?

P/s: in reality, the project @optimis is only of interest to Vietnam because Mr. Vượng praises it while no one internationally cares or invests.
