The world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, Binance, announced a delisting of trading pairs with 20 altcoins and one fiat currency on January 20. Binance stated that the delisting will affect trading pairs with the following altcoins: 0G, 1MBABYDOGE, ADX, AGLD, ALT, ARKM, ATOM, ENS, HOLO, MOVR, NEWT, OP, ORDI, OXT, POLYX, SLP, SSV, STO, STORJ, TRB. Trading with the national currency of the Republic of South Africa, the South African rand (ZAR), will also be discontinued. The reason for the delisting is low trading volume and insufficient liquidity of the assets. Exchange representatives stated that the delisting decision is based on several criteria: liquidity, trading volume, project development status, team activity, and compliance with local legislation.
