🇰🇿 Kazakhstan has legalized the crypto market - now at the level of banking law🔥🔥🔥
💪 The country has taken a serious step towards full integration of crypto into the financial system. And these are not cosmetic changes, but fundamental transformations👇
🔹️ Cryptocurrencies and digital assets have been included in the basic law on banks.
This means crypto is no longer a "gray zone," but part of the official financial system.
🔹️ The National Bank is taking control of stablecoins, licensing of crypto exchanges, transaction limits, and rules for working with digital assets.
🔹️ Crypto has been classified as a separate category of assets, and tokenized assets (RWA, securities, property) have received legal status.
🔹️ All crypto infrastructure is under AML, financial monitoring, KYC, and flow control - just like in banks.
🔹️ Officially established digital tenge (CBDC)
Plus, allowed banks to actively develop fintech and blockchain products.
💬 This is exactly the regulatory case I would like to see in Ukraine. When the regulator does not kill the market, but makes it transparent.
💬 The main thing in this situation is not to overdo it with control.
