Hello, if anyone knows why this is happening, they can write to seek solutions. I have been restricted for 2 months since I can't claim the tokens and other additional functions.
Support never responds, and all they say is to look at the terms and conditions.
WE ARE users who only receive something (TOKEN) in exchange for our biometrics, and this is not fair.
If it happened to you and you got a solution, I appreciate your help.
