The question is, can this liquidity be freely mapped out by PCT? Obviously not.
There still needs to be daily user migration, rather than a one-time massive supply of 134 million, which is simply not the case.
Also, note that the total amount of coins held on exchanges has significantly decreased, reducing by tens of millions of Pi.
Furthermore, the total amount of coins held by a certain exchange has already dropped to over three million.
