Sei (SEI) Network Upgrade: Deposits and withdrawals for the Sei (SEI) network were temporarily suspended starting at 16:30 (UTC) today to facilitate a network upgrade at block height 192,196,147. Trading of SEI on the exchange remains unaffected.

Futures & Margin Adjustments

Funding Rate Changes: Effective 16:15 (UTC) today, the interest rate component for INTCUSDT and HOODUSDT perpetual contracts has been set to 0%.

Leverage & Margin Tiers: Binance Futures updated the leverage and maintenance margin tiers for several USDⓈ-M perpetual contracts today. Key adjustments were also made to the Collateral Ratio for Portfolio Margin users, affecting assets like DASH, ICP, USDP, and RAY.

Tick Size Updates: Binance announced it will adjust the minimum price change (tick size) for multiple futures contracts, including ZAMAUSDT, POPCATUSDT, and STRKUSDT, effective February 9, 2026.
