Cuban President warns the United States that any attack on his country will have consequences.

Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel warned the United States of the consequences of any potential American aggression against his country.

Díaz-Canel explained, in statements carried by the television channel Caribe, that “the best way to prevent aggression is to force imperialism to pay the price that may result if it attacks our country, and this is directly linked to the level of our readiness for such military actions.”

On Saturday, the Cuban president visited a tank unit as part of the events held for National Defense Day, where he observed tactical exercises that included the use of various types of weapons, in addition to coordinating unit operations under virtual combat conditions against a hypothetical enemy.
