According to a news release on the official website of the Vietnamese government, on the afternoon of March 4, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Liu Quang met with Choi Chau Ho, General Manager of Samsung Vietnam. Choi Chau Ho said that Samsung will increase its investment in Vietnam by US$1 billion every year. During the meeting, he revealed that Samsung's investment in Vietnam increased by US$1.2 billion last year, bringing its total investment in Vietnam to US$22.4 billion.
