This is definitely a scary case, the XRPUSDT chart is mixed right now.
The main level we looked at, and what determines for us at this moment the possibility of a rise, is the lowest level in April 2025 - the purple line on the chart. The movement is now happening below this level which can be considered bearish. The movement is also below October which is considered bullish. What do we expect?
The bearish movement that started on January 6 can be considered a continuation of the decline that began on July 18, 2025. It can also be seen as a stop-loss hunt event. If so, this would favor the bulls. Why did the stop-loss hunt happen?
If you noticed the size of the main wave, the descending chord pattern, then the second movement is much smaller. So, this is not the same type of dynamics. The second movement is not a full bearish push or correction but just a slight pullback.
The last low compared to last year, mid-December, means that the bulls were not strong enough at resistance. The price level of $2.33 shown on the chart.
Since the market clearly showed the inability to break through this area, the bears entered. The bulls were immediately rejected at resistance while the bears remained below support. This is mixed again.
The volume of movement, the higher low on the medium term, and some other market conditions support a bullish tendency but not necessarily immediately.
Here’s the conclusion: XRP can rise like the next major movement but still needs more consolidation. It may happen that we get another shake, another flow, and then a rise. It may happen that the movement returns above support.
If we get a bearish resumption, the next low should come quickly and close to the last low. The reversal may take several days to appear but not more than two weeks.
It seems that a decision will be reached within days. Overall, we expect a new bullish phase, but that doesn’t mean there can’t be another sudden collapse, another drop before the reversal.
