Binance continuously evaluates its products and services to ensure a high-quality experience for all users. Starting from January 30, 2026, at 20:15 (UTC+8), Binance will adjust the settlement frequency of funding rates for the perpetual contracts of XAUUSDT, XAGUSDT, and TSLAUSDT from every four hours to every eight hours. The upper/lower limits of the funding rates for the XAUUSDT and XAGUSDT perpetual contracts will be adjusted from ± 0.375% to ± 0.05%. The specific arrangements are as follows:

This announcement is published according to Article 17 of the Binance exchange rules.
The aforementioned perpetual contracts are not subject to the frequency adjustment rules of the funding rate settlement in 8.1. If the previous funding cycle settlement of the above perpetual contracts reaches the upper/lower limit of the funding rate, Binance contracts will not adjust the settlement frequency from every eight hours to every hour.
Users can visit the real-time funding rate page to view the latest funding rate cycle and upper/lower limits. API users can obtain funding rate information for USDT-margined contracts through the new interface: GET /fapi/v1/fundingInfo.
