Let me share some of my understanding of alpha. As a member of the wool party, the core of my alpha experience is two things: one is to reduce the cost of brushing transactions, and the other is to control points as much as possible.
First, let me explain how I brush. This month, I brushed for ten days at 2+16 and five days at 2+15, leaving a balance of 1100u. One cycle of wear and tear is about 40, which means over a month, it's about 80 or so in wear. I took five short positions, all sold instantly, selling for around 320, with a profit of over 200u.
According to my model, brushing yields 260 points per cycle. I checked the recent months' short positions and found no threshold of 246 or 247, nor any exceeding 260. Brushing 260 as a baseline allows for two positions, and there is a significant space for autonomous choice. If luck is on my side, I might even manage three, like yesterday's SPACE at 227 points.
Regarding the big picture, my personal view is to avoid internal strife. There are those who choose to go to zero and those who choose to sell off; these are choices made by oneself, and since they are choices made by oneself, they should be accepted with grace.
Let's all make money together in 2026! Together we strive
#ALPHA
