Yesterday my Bitget U card was inexplicably frozen.

Previously, I had been using this Bitget Preferred Payment Card as a U card, and I found it quite convenient, but yesterday when I tried to make a payment, I discovered the card was frozen.

I first contacted the customer service for the Preferred Payment Card, but they said it was Bitget that froze it, and it was not their issue. Then I went to contact Bitget's customer service.

Bitget said they were recently upgrading the U card and had sent out emails/SMS notifications to everyone in advance. Those who did not respond would have their cards frozen by default, and it would be impossible to recover.

I checked my emails and SMS, but I found that I had not received any notifications at all.

After a while, I contacted Bitget's customer service again, and this time the representative said something different. They told me they could help me recover the U card.

Today my U card was restored, and I received an email notification.

The whole incident left me a bit confused, and I wonder if other friends have encountered the same issue? Is Bitget's U card still operating normally? #bitget
