The open-source cryptography company Zama has officially launched its native token ZAMA and will gradually go live on exchanges like Coinbase and Binance.
The team stated that this marks the first deployment of fully homomorphic encryption technology at production scale on the Ethereum mainnet, aimed at addressing the trade-off between privacy and open participation in public chains. At the same time, Zama introduced a new privacy metric called Total Value Shielded (TVS) to measure the total economic value that remains private on-chain through encryption technology.
