New Regulation on Crypto Asset Transfers

🔔 According to the new regulation: New Waiting Periods for Crypto Asset Withdrawals

📅 In accordance with the MASAK General Communiqué published in the Official Gazette dated June 28, 2025:

🕒 As of July 4, 2025 - 15:00:

1️⃣ A waiting period of 72 hours will be applied to withdraw crypto assets in your account.

2️⃣ For new investments made after this date, the same 72-hour waiting period will apply to assets generated through purchase/exchange transactions.

3️⃣ After your first withdrawal transaction, the waiting period for subsequent withdrawals will be reduced to 48 hours.

💸 TRY deposit and withdrawal transactions are not included in this scope.

🔁 Transactions made to wallets matching your T.C. ID number via Binance Transfer will continue to occur instantly.

ℹ️ These regulations have come into effect in line with the Travel Rule and as part of the fight against money laundering.
