The product director of X @nikitabier has just tweeted on X that:
"We will not allow applications to reward users for posting on X (also known as "infofi") anymore. This has led to a large amount of poor quality AI content and spam messages on the platform.
We have revoked the API access of these applications, so your X experience will soon improve (after the bots realize they are no longer paid)."
