$RVV — CRASH BASE HELD, SELLERS LOSING CONTROL

After the deep drawdown, price is no longer accelerating lower. Selling pressure has slowed and the recent push higher is being accepted instead of faded. Pullbacks are shallow and getting absorbed, which shows sellers are no longer in control and buyers are stepping in earlier.
