Regulated Securities On-Chain via NPEX Partnership
@Dusk has partnered with NPEX, a regulated Dutch stock exchange licensed as a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), to bring regulated financial instruments on chain. This collaboration allows issuance and trading of real-world assets like stocks and bonds directly on the $DUSK blockchain, reducing settlement time and cutting infrastructure costs. It represents one of the first integrations of a licensed exchange with a privacy-preserving blockchain designed for finance.
