This is likely because positions bought OTC are being used for both repayments and selling pressure.
A significant amount was withdrawn from the staking pool.
It seems correct to assume exchanges sold assets allocated for staking via OTC.
Short sellers are likely aiming for a soft landing to prevent a squeeze, quietly repaying via OTC while keeping prices suppressed.
However, they still seem unable to immediately secure the necessary quantities.
The OTC costs are probably quite substantial too.
If exchanges run out of DCR for OTC, they'll truly be out of options.
So, if prices drop, I want to keep buying.
