Historia Real: La Estafa de la "Falsa Apelación"
Un comerciante con buena reputación puso en venta 2,000 USDT. A los pocos minutos, un comprador abrió la orden.
El Modus Operandi:
El comprador envió una captura de pantalla de una transferencia bancaria perfectamente editada.
Segundos después, el comprador empezó a presionar por el chat de Binance: "Por favor, libera rápido, es una emergencia médica, ya te envié el dinero".
Ante la duda del vendedor (que no veía el saldo en su banco), el estafador hizo algo audaz: él mismo abrió una apelación contra el vendedor, alegando que ya había pagado y que el vendedor le estaba robando.
El desenlace:
El vendedor, asustado por la presión del chat y el miedo a que Binance bloqueara su cuenta por la "apelación", liberó las criptos sin confirmar el dinero real en su cuenta bancaria. El estafador desapareció al instante. El dinero nunca llegó porque la transferencia nunca existió.
La lección de Enfoque Capital:
Los estafadores usan la presión psicológica y las emergencias falsas para que rompas tus propias reglas.
Nunca liberes por miedo. * Nunca liberes por una apelación abierta. * Si no hay dinero real en tu banco, no hay liberación, sin excepciones.

I completed a legitimate Binance P2P order where USDT was sent properly, the order was fully completed, and all Binance P2P procedures were followed. The payment was received in my HBL bank account.
After that, #HBL suddenly froze my account and held my funds.
I provided every possible document: • Binance P2P order proof
• Transaction screenshots
• Chat history
• Source of funds explanation
• Even confirmations from the sending side
Despite full verification and clear legitimacy, my funds were not released.
What shocked me the most is that: Even after approvals, explanations, and continuous follow-ups, HBL showed no practical cooperation. The case dragged on endlessly with no resolution.
This post is not against Binance Binance P2P works fine when banks cooperate.
The real risk is the banking channel.
