@Dusk Electronic Money Tokens (EMTs) could become the main regulated form of stablecoins in Europe. DuskPay wants to be the payment plumbing for EMTs, so euro payments can settle quickly while still following the rules. Unlike open stablecoins that anyone can use freely, EMTs usually require the issuer to approve who can send and receive. DuskPay builds that into the process by checking eligibility before a payment goes through, and by keeping records regulators can audit.Some early tests with European payment companies are already running cross-border euro transfers that finish in seconds. The main idea is simple: payment systems should follow the rules, not try to avoid them.
