New borrowing via Decred lending has slowed significantly.
Exchanges are not receiving large physical deposits, and shorting is not increasing.
This means that the physical DCR that shorters have on hand will likely be the last.
When using lending, simply hold on to DCR instead of borrowing and selling immediately.
